The Website is subject to Belgian law and in case of dispute only the court of Ostend will have jurisdiction.
Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of terms and conditions
The fact that user places an order by any provided means implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale.
2. Product availability
Our offers are only valid within the limits of available stocks. Abscence of any shown product can not in any way engage the responsibility of our company. Please, contact us to check the current availability status of chosen item(s)
3. Prices
The mentioned prices are valid at the time of consultation by the client. Prices charged are those in effect at time of ordering.
4. Confirmation of the order
In the case of payment by bank transfer, your order will be processed upon receipt of payment on our bank account. The shipping time of order only starts when Russky Airsoft Workshop is ensured of the payment.
5. Delivery methods
The delivery method has to be agreed before placing an order. Airsoft weapons MAY NOT be sent by postal or courier services, and have to be personally picked up or can be delivered to an airsoft event in agreement with the customer. All allowed for sending goods can be shipped with Bpost, DPD or UPS services, in agreement with the customer. Shipment costs are covered by the customer and mentioned separatelly in the invoice.
Despite all our efforts to respectively ensure the fast delivery by our carrier, any delay in delivery do not assume the responsibility of Russky Airsoft Workshop.
6. Guarantees
Under the Act of 21 September 2004 on the protection of consumers in consumer sales, the consumer has legal rights. Each article is subject to the statutory warranty from the date of purchase (or delivery to) the first owner. Any commercial warranty conditions are without prejudice.
The warranty does not cover normal wear parts beyond one year.
The warranty is strictly limited to the original purchaser ( warranty stops in case of resale).
The warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective original components. Disassembly, intervention in the electrical and mechanical systems result in a cancelation of the warranty, replica exchange and billing rehabilitation.
The warranty excludes misuse of the product (damage from accident, lack of supervision or maintenance).
It is up to the customer to keep packaging accessories supplied with the product and any of its packaging labels, which are necessary to qualify the warranty.
In case we could not repair or replace your item, we will take into account the actual use you have had with since its purchase, to carry out a refund.
When repair or replacement is made, the warranty period is suspended for the duration of the repair/replacement and then restarts normally.
The Law also limits the sanctions against the seller of a defective product. The buyer can not invoke the cancellation of the sale lightly due of insignificant defects. We must first consider whether repair or replacement is possible. It is only if these solutions entail disproportionate costs that the resolution of the sale or price reduction may be requested.
Moreover, the resolution can not be claimed in case of insignificant compliance.
7. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the delivery of the product.
Customers wishing to make use of the right of withdrawal must contact Russky Airsoft Workshop within 14 days from delivery (by email, to obtain a return authorization) and return the goods within 20 days from the delivery of the goods back to Andrey Saprykin, Nieuwpoortsesteenweg 11/301, 8400 Oostende at their own expense.
Goods with a selling price of 100 Euros or more must be returned to us by a courier service (DHL, Fedex, etc).
Only items that are in their original and undamaged packaging, along with all accessories, manuals and invoice or proof of purchase can be returned.
Will in no case be reversed:
- Used, damaged, soiled, or incomplete items;
- Products whose packaging (or part of it) was opened;
- Articles tailor-made for the customer;
- Items that can not be returned because of their nature.
8. Privacy
Under the Data Protection Act and privacy, you can access your information, correct or require no longer involvement in our files through an e-mail.
9. Legislation
All airsoft replicas offered on this site are regulated by the Belgian law prohibiting:
- the sale of a replica on the internet (all replicas on our website gives only the availability of it in our stock);
- the sale of a replica weapon to a minor (-18years). No sale of (a) replica(s) will happen without the presentation of the legal ID card of the buyer.
- sending of airsoft replica's by mail or any other carrier.
The products are sold in accordance with the legislation in force of the country of their placing on the market. Russky Airsoft Workshop disclaims all liability in case of non compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are used.
10. After Sales Service
Russky Airsoft Workshop will communicate a repair estimate. You only pay after the repair. No repairs will be made without your agreement accepting the amount of compensation. Repair costs are calculated individually per case. Fixed work costs are applied, not a per-hour fee. The replacement parts costs are not included in work costs.
